Challenging ground conditions of dune sand with ground water, as well as unique engineering & architectural design elements all came together to create this award winning community facility.

This interior and exterior structural renovation was completed in challenging engineering dynamics such sand dune soil conditions which required piling and focused management.

To date, SJC Projects has completed the construction of 12 homes inside Brooklyn becoming the preferred construction company for this exclusive, emerging estate with multiple home constructions continuing into 2019.

Within this exclusive, coastal estate, we project managed the civils of this small development in addition to building 4/9 of the units.

A 1000sqm factory and 750sqm store facility constructed with intelligent engineering and in challenging ground conditions of clay, shale and water issues.

The successful completion of the structural components in ground conditions of shale & water, where handed over to the company to complete their specific shop fitting requirements.

We removed the damaged floors, assessed the water issues and designed agricultural cut off drains to ensure the water cannot reach the heater blankets below the concrete.
