The Southgate Electrical Warehouse at Northpoint Ballito represents a substantial commercial build delivered across an 11-month programme. The project encompasses a 2,500 m² warehouse facility alongside a dedicated 500 m² office and showroom space, creating a dual-purpose building that serves both the operational and client-facing requirements of the business. The scale and complexity of the combined brief demanded careful coordination across the structural, mechanical and finishing trades throughout the build.

The warehouse component was engineered to meet the load-bearing, clearance height and access requirements of a working electrical distribution facility, with particular attention given to floor slab specification, vehicle access and internal logistics. The office and showroom element was developed to a distinctly higher specification, reflecting the client-facing nature of the space and the need to present a professional, polished environment directly adjacent to the industrial operation.
