Today, that vision has come to life in a precinct that offers world-class Padel, Tennis, and Squash Courts, a lap pool integrated with a sustainable 300mÑ stormwater attenuation tank, and a bowling green that is the first of its kind in Africa. These features are more than just amenities; they are a testament to the thoughtful design and attention to detail that went into every stage of the build.
Delivering a project of this magnitude wasn’t without its challenges.
